Akustične izolacijske ploče od kamene vune velike gustoće. Posebno prilagođene za zvučnu i toplinsku izolaciju pregradnih zidova, akustičnih sustava, ventiliranih fasada te tzv. „sendvič“ zidova s metalnom oblogom. Airrock XD ima odlične karakteristike u pogledu apsorpcije zvuka (visok koeficijent apsorpcije αs). Često se koristi samostalno kao akustična obloga (absorber) ili u sustavu s perforiranim dekorativnim oblogama.

Primjena proizvoda
Airrock XD primjenjuje se kao toplinska, zvučna i protupožarna izolacija:
• podgleda stropova i pregradnih zidova s povećanim zahtjevima za zvučnom izolacijom i zaštitom u slučaju požara;
• između profiliranih metalnih elemenata u kojima ploče nisu izložene tlačnom opterećenju;
• ventiliranim i „sendvič“ fasadama – kod primjene u ventiliranim fasadama, ploče je potrebno zaštititi paropropusnom-vodoodbojnom folijom, kako ne bi došlo do abrazije vlakana uslijed strujanja zraka u ventiliranom sloju;
• montažnih građevina s drvenom ili metalnom konstrukcijom.
